Contacted Unicom on behalf of elderly neighbours due to an issue with their one and only phone line. My neighbours are elderly and due to their rural location do not have a mobile signal and they do not have a mobile phone. I contacted Unicom on their behalf and Unicom can see that there is an issue with the line but until they speak to them directly they will not do anything to correct the fault. Unicom do not understand the situation or their customer base. I explained that the landline is their only means of communication but still they show no compassion to help with the situation. Disgraceful situation.
