I ordered a Viking Sword, and got all the maintenance tips I could ever need. Then I continued with a custom katana and I even got photos on what type of options I selected as well as highly detailed photos before shipping it out, and the shipping? I got a link that I clicked and had the entire progress of my package backed up by updates from David. The sword was a dream come true, and I did damage the scabbard while trying to sheath the blade in a samurai way even within the first two days of having it. Once I told them this, they ended up sending me a complentary scabbard replacement.The whole experience has been nothing but amazing and I THANK you for all the care and attention. Looking forward to many more purchases!
