Very disappointed with service from Swyft Energy. We saved for many years to have solar units installed and Swyft were initially very slick and happy to take our money. However, installation and quality of work was very disorganised and untidy.When the electricians came to install they informed us that they had not been given any works sheet so they didn't know what had been agreed with the sales agents. They were helpful in talking us through the process and carried out their work very professionally. It's a pity the rest of the Swyft organisation were not as competent as the two electricians.We were also told that there would be some ducting/cables running down the outside of the house which was fine. We did not expect such heavy, commercial looking piping to be fitted to a residential property though. For the price we paid I'm sure that something more aesthetically pleasing could have been installed.Have not received any follow up or courtesy calls from Swyft Energy since to see if we're happy with everything.
