Unacceptable Service Experience

A technician visited on the 4th of November to set up our line and connect our router. He informed us that we would have service in about 30 minutes. Now, it's December 2nd, and we still have no service. We have called daily to inquire about the issue and when someone will come to resolve it. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, we have not received a callback. Additionally, they ran the line across our driveway without burying it. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
