We recently had wifi installed. The technician was incredibly helpful in addressing all of our inquiries. Since we're not very tech-savvy, we had quite a bit to learn. However, he thoroughly explained each aspect of our questions and ensured that I grasped his explanations.
It has been a long time since I've encountered such poor service from a company. Customer support seems to be lacking basic competence. For three months in a row, they messed up the payments and disconnected our service, and they were entirely at fault.
A technician visited on the 4th of November to set up our line and connect our router. He informed us that we would have service in about 30 minutes. Now, it's December 2nd, and we still have no service. We have called daily to inquire about the issue and when someone will come to resolve it. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, we have not received a callback. Additionally, they ran the line across our driveway without burying it. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
