Despite following all troubleshooting steps and returning the bike for testing, the kit remains faulty. Customer service responds sporadically with no effective solutions, and now it seems the motor isn't working at all. Beware, if you encounter issues, you'll likely be left to fend for yourself while receiving a barrage of promotional emails.
