Ordered in July for delivery in October (see earlier review). SW-2018435 The delivery date is constantly being put back without any communication from the company. The order tracker is updated - yet it is up to me to check for the latest delay, I am not kept informed by Swytch which quite honestly would make a world of difference. I am completely OK with delays if I am kept informed.
Communication from the company is restricted to sales and 'best ever offers' which suggests they are fulfilling new orders at the expense of customers who have been waiting for months. Assuming that they are fulfilling orders of course.
An email advising of delays and not relying on the customer having to go to the order tracker would be a massive step in the right direction. As would reassurance that customers with orders outstanding for months are being treated as a priority when it comes to order fulfillment.
I will update this review when the product arrives.
