I had a Swytch kit in 2020 and loved it. It was brilliant. When in 2025 it was time to upgrade I brought their top of the range kit. I ordered it in June 2025. The kit was due to arrive in September . It arrived in Janurary 2026 and when it did it didn't work. After a lot of research it seems that possibly the battery was stored in a cold environment on delivery and is drained. I've contacted Swytch 6 times since Janurary and I've had no reply.
