I ordered two sweaters that apparently reached the US on 11/30. A month later, they still haven't arrived. I've been in contact with customer service, but they have no updates. The tracking number provided does not work. This feels like a scam. Eventually, they agreed to resend the order, but the original shipment arrived later. While the experience was frustrating, I believe the representative handled it as best as possible, but the shipping and tracking system is very poor.
