Fraudulent service!

This is a fraudulent service! They advertised a leather coat, but it turned out to be vinyl. Returning it would cost nearly 75% of the purchase price, so I opted for a 15% discount instead. I still haven't received the discount and was told it might take 5-10 days; if it doesn't arrive, I should contact my credit card company. To make matters worse, I received a phishing email the next day from someone posing as customer service, promising a full refund if I provided my credit card number. Avoid this service!

Complete scam

Complete scam. I ordered elegant leather gloves and received Uggs leather gloves instead, which were of a different style, quality, and size. A representative responded to my email but refused to provide the correct product or give a full refund. Stay away!

Wish I could give a lower rating

Wish I could give a lower rating. It took 20 days to receive my item, missing the occasion I ordered it for. The tracking link never worked. One person from the support team did respond to my email. The item advertised as cashmere had a label stating 100% polyester. Disappointing service. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Missing order

I ordered two sweaters that apparently reached the US on 11/30. A month later, they still haven't arrived. I've been in contact with customer service, but they have no updates. The tracking number provided does not work. This feels like a scam. Eventually, they agreed to resend the order, but the original shipment arrived later. While the experience was frustrating, I believe the representative handled it as best as possible, but the shipping and tracking system is very poor.

Caution!

Caution! Rip-off! They shipped my item from a Pennsylvania address, which was clear on the package. The sweater vest had no tags indicating the name or materials. When I requested to return it, I was informed it must be sent back to England, costing around $40 to $50. I paid $50 for the garment, which was clearly not cashmere and of poor quality. Save your money and stay away.

Over $300 wasted

We spent over $300 on what was advertised as European clothing. The items looked high quality in the photos, but upon opening the package, they were poorly dyed and of very low quality. I wouldn't pay $50 for all the items we received. This is blatant deception. Be cautious before buying; read customer reviews first. I hope our experience prevents others from wasting their money. Terrible service!

The product was of low quality, even compared to other budget brands, and the sizing was inaccurate. The return shipping cost more than the product itself, but I was given a 15% refund, which is a joke. Shipping took forever, and customer service was unhelpful. Overall, a complete loss. Avoid purchasing from them.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They charge your card and provide a tracking number that never updates. The customer service will mislead you, resisting refunds and chargebacks. They never offered to rectify the situation in any way. Buyer beware.
