The bales delivered were labelled “Premium Mix Vintage” and contained mostly low-value, unwanted items, including generic and unbranded pieces. The actual resale value was about £1,400, significantly less than what I paid. When I reached out, their responses were contradictory, insisting the items were unsorted while claiming to have a list of included brands. Their initial refusal to acknowledge the issue was frustrating. Eventually, after quoting consumer law, they agreed to accept a return, but the burden was on me to manage the logistics. This experience has cost me time, money, and trust in wholesale suppliers. I strongly urge others to avoid this service and seek reputable alternatives.
