I’ve trusted this service multiple times over extended purchasing periods of 1-2 months, ordering regularly, only to face the same disappointing outcome each time, primarily due to the wholesaler's issues, which has left a very negative impression. My experience has consistently been the same. You find a well-priced bundle and order it; it might arrive fine the first time, maybe the second or even the third. But soon enough, you start receiving boxes filled with completely unsatisfactory items (including several fakes among a batch). When I reached out for assistance, they offered a small percentage back in the form of a discount code (30-40% of the order value). This left me with a box of unsellable junk and a code for a platform I no longer trust with my hard-earned money. I decided to write this review after receiving a disappointing batch last week (the previous two were acceptable), and although I was given a 40% discount as an apology, I am hesitant to use it because of my past experiences. Today, I received yet another poorly described and unsatisfactory batch.

I purchased what was advertised as a “Premium Unsorted Bale” for nearly £3,000, promising high-value vintage items. However, what I received was entirely different. The bales delivered were labelled “Premium Mix Vintage” and contained mostly low-value, unwanted items, including generic and unbranded pieces. The actual resale value was about £1,400, significantly less than what I paid. When I reached out, their responses were contradictory, insisting the items were unsorted while claiming to have a list of included brands. Their initial refusal to acknowledge the issue was frustrating. Eventually, after quoting consumer law, they agreed to accept a return, but the burden was on me to manage the logistics. This experience has cost me time, money, and trust in wholesale suppliers. I strongly urge others to avoid this service and seek reputable alternatives.
Overall, I rate this service 5 stars after ordering for around 7 months. I always opt for click and collect to avoid long waits, and orders are usually prepared quickly. While I've encountered the occasional less-than-ideal bale, that's expected with wholesale. Recently, I've had excellent quality items. In my opinion, this service is the best wholesaler available and deserves a 5-star rating. Communication is always prompt and helpful.
An honest assessment: don’t expect to profit much from these clothes. I considered starting a second-hand clothing business, but the items I received were mostly unknown brands and odd sizes. Additionally, the reworked clothes featured fake logos, which is disappointing for a company that promotes sustainability.
I tried to cancel an order that hadn’t shipped for a month, and while they promised a refund, I saw no money after 14 days. They sent t-shirts despite my request for a refund, and when I initiated a chargeback, they claimed the items were sent. I've documented everything and will gladly remove this review once I receive my refund.
I had one of the worst experiences ever. After waiting four months for my order, 20 T-shirts were missing. I attempted to return part of the order to recover some money, but after they received it, all communication ceased. Now, I've lost over four months, €350, and the missing T-shirts. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I strongly advise against doing business with this service.
