I’m giving 3 stars because, while the clothes I’ve received twice now are very nice, especially the customized ones, the ordering process is extremely frustrating!!!! Every time I want to place a new order, I have to wait forever. I’m trying to order again, but unfortunately, I need to contact you directly to make a purchase, and you haven’t replied to me until now ! I imagine it would be easier to visit your warehouse myself than to wait for a response to place my order.its such a shame because I really wanted to make a my purchase from you .
