Terrible Customer Service

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service! I made a full payment of $21.46, but it was posted about three days after the due date. I ended up with a $21.46 late fee plus $2.00 in minimum interest. Although I managed to have the late fee waived by calling the support team, I was directed to another number to request a reversal of the interest, which they refused to do! Life can be unpredictable, and we all deserve a little leniency. This is one card I will be destroying tonight! It’s not worth the trouble.
