Terrible customer support!

Terrible customer support! I made my initial payment in full ($21.46), which posted about three days after the due date. I was charged a late fee of $21.46 plus $2.00 in minimum interest. I managed to contact customer support to have the late fee waived, but they gave me another number to call for reversing the interest, and they refused to assist. Life can be unpredictable, and we all deserve a little leniency. This is one card I will be discarding tonight! Not worth the trouble.

Terrible Customer Service

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service! I made a full payment of $21.46, but it was posted about three days after the due date. Although I managed to have the late fee waived by calling the support team, I was directed to another number to request a reversal of the interest, which they refused to do! Life can be unpredictable, and we all deserve a little leniency. This is one card I will be destroying tonight! It’s not worth the trouble.

Unjustified Limit Reductions

I have several credit lines and have never missed a payment in over 5 years with these various accounts. I usually clear my balances at the end of each year. The only change in my situation is that I've recently become a homeowner. All my bills are paid on time, and my overall usage is less than half. Despite having no late payments in over 15 years, my credit limits were reduced, pushing me to 95-97% of my credit usage, which caused my score to drop by 23 points. I plan to sell my home in the next couple of years and will be canceling these unreliable cards from this untrustworthy service.

This institution seems to have terrible management. They posted a job opportunity, but after I applied, I received a rejection email almost instantly. This doesn’t make any sense to me, hence the one-star rating.

Disappointing Experience

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the credit card service. After discussing with multiple agents and managers, I was given a final balance to settle my card. I paid it off the same day, expecting closure. However, a month later, I received another bill with additional interest charges. Two different managers informed me that interest had continued to accrue even after my full payment on the same day I was given the payoff amount. I was never made aware of this, and they refused to remove the charges. It felt incredibly dishonest and misleading. I would strongly advise anyone considering this card to be very cautious and ensure everything is documented.

Highly Disappointed with Service

I would give zero stars if possible. Customer service is appalling. Any issues that arise seem to be blamed on the customer. I was told that my difficulties with 'video selfies' were the problem, not their system. They kept reminding me that the conversation was recorded. I was stressed because my card was blocked, but the agents refused to assist me until I completed a 'video selfie,' which was impossible based on their instructions. I canceled my account on the spot, faced arguments, was told I’d never have an account again, and then I was charged a cancellation fee.

Warning: Avoid at All Costs!

I have experienced the dreadful customer service first-hand. They claim to provide support, but when needed, they are nowhere to be found. I've paid for services and insurance, yet it feels like they are just taking my money without any intention of fulfilling their promises. I strongly advise against getting a credit card or enrolling in their insurance products. Their business model appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I'm extremely disillusioned and frustrated with how my account has been managed.

Hassle with Amazon Credit Card

I hold several cards, including an Amazon card, and have faced issues primarily with the Amazon card. There have been at least two occasions where not all transactions appeared when I went to verify them. I tried for several days, cleared my browsing history, and still had no success. It was challenging to get to a human representative. I even considered asking a bizarre question to bypass the AI. Eventually, I spoke to someone, but had to explain my issues multiple times. They finally created a ticket to investigate. It was frustrating, especially with the prevalence of fraud; I try to monitor my accounts closely. Moreover, even after all transactions appeared, the balance didn't match my expectations. So frustrating!
