I would rate them zero stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. Any issues are blamed on the customer. I was told my difficulty with 'video selfies' was the cause, not their procedures. They repeatedly reminded me the conversation was being recorded. I was anxious due to my card being blocked, yet the agents insisted on the 'video selfie' before helping me, which was unfeasible based on their instructions. I canceled immediately, faced arguments, and was told I’d never have an account with them again, followed by a cancellation fee.
