I hold several cards, including an Amazon card, and have faced issues primarily with the Amazon card. There have been at least two occasions where not all transactions appeared when I went to verify them. I tried for several days, cleared my browsing history, and still had no success. It was challenging to get to a human representative. I even considered asking a bizarre question to bypass the AI. Eventually, I spoke to someone, but had to explain my issues multiple times. They finally created a ticket to investigate. It was frustrating, especially with the prevalence of fraud; I try to monitor my accounts closely. Moreover, even after all transactions appeared, the balance didn't match my expectations. So frustrating!
