Terrible customer services, no accountability and no care.
We rented a property in Chester which stunk of cigarette smoke throughout the property, and worse - in the bedding. Property also featured cigarette ash on the floor and was generally not fit for purpose or clean. We raised concerns immediately with Sykes who did not respond for three days, telling us only they would reach out when the customer complaints team were ready. On the fourth day they logged out complaints, photographs and an email statement. We failed to hear anything from the customer support team again and received no help.
