Sykes cottages have just emailed me to say my holiday has been cancelled! I cannot get in touch with them no matter how I try! I’ve been on hold on the phone for over an hour- tried emailing and can only get an automated reply telling me to go to their website - WhatsApp number is rubbish - I want a full refund but can’t get no response!!! Rubbish customer service
Tip - call their new booking line where someone answers immediately- they soon put you through to some one 1️⃣ n customer services who also answers immediately!
