I only noticed a couple of days later when I was trying to pay for another software that they had never refunded me. I tried to open a ticket went round and circles with the bot again, she claimed I would get an email instantly that a ticket had been opened and I would get a response within 24 hours. I still haven't received any email neither a confirmation of a ticket or any resolution. I then try to send in a customer support ticket from the website and still haven't heard anything from them. I will give it another day or two and then I will dispute it through PayPal. I should not have been charged, firstly it was within the 7-Day free trial and secondly it was after I canceled. I am not satisfied with their service at all.
