It's nice when things go as planned but the true test of a company is how they respond when things don't go quite like we envision they should go approximately 5months ago I decided to give Syllaby a Go I had a bunch of projects going in my own business and Austin the Founder said give us a try I think you will Find that we will fit your use case nicely so I Did and signed up for the 7day Trial with every intention of creating and scheduling some content for a couple of my projects and I completely forgot all about it and now fast forward 5 Months I am reviewing my payables and I See that I have been charged 5 Times for Syllaby and never used it!! So horrified I immediately contacted their customer Support through their Live Agent App and explain my situation to Ric the CSR Agent completely expecting to be told to kick rocks and it would be totally justified !! To my relief and surprise The CSR after reviewing it with the rest of the team went out of their way to make a plan to allow me to use a different email and get a do over or take a Mulligan as it were and sign up for a new 7 Day Trial and inform them once I Had and they would credit me for a month and every cycle for 5 Months Going forward I will receive a reminder email to let them know and I will receive 4 More credits to satisfy my 5 Months of platform use that I had already purchased ... Wow that was a breath of fresh air to say the least as a founder myself I was stunned by the CS Team and their responsiveness and remedying a situation I Frankly Caused, 5 Big Stars for Syllaby and their Team for their patience tolerance and forgiveness I am truly grateful !!

I ran into an error on my account while using Syllaby... to be honest, I wasn't expecting anything besides frustration. But it turned out to be the complete opposite.The support team was quick to respond, and Ric from Customer Service was really helpful. He walked me through the issue step by step during the demo call, explained everything clearly, and made sure that my problem was fully resolved!What stood out to me was how smooth and stress-free the whole process felt. It’s very rare for me to find a service with a support that's both responsive and genuinely helpful 🤭Even with the issue, Syllaby proved to be a reliable platform for me, especially with what it can do to save my time doing content... and also knowing their team is this supportive and reliable makes a big difference. Definitely a great experience overall 😄

I tried the software and it wasn't for me so within a couple of hours I tried to cancel. Well within the free trial period. The customer service bot drove me in circles. I had to restart the chat four times and still had to answer the same questions over and over again until she finally let me cancel. After the cancellation, I go to notification from PayPal that they billed me $148. Not only was this day one of the 7-Day free trial, but it was also after I had canceled. I only noticed a couple of days later when I was trying to pay for another software that they had never refunded me. I tried to open a ticket went round and circles with the bot again, she claimed I would get an email instantly that a ticket had been opened and I would get a response within 24 hours. I still haven't received any email neither a confirmation of a ticket or any resolution. I then try to send in a customer support ticket from the website and still haven't heard anything from them. I will give it another day or two and then I will dispute it through PayPal. I should not have been charged, firstly it was within the 7-Day free trial and secondly it was after I canceled. I am not satisfied with their service at all.
I cancelled my subscription and did not authorize any further payments. You charged me €64.90 two months in a row. That is €129.80 taken without my consent.I am demanding an immediate refund of the full amount (€129.80) right now. Confirm the refund and stop all future charges. I will file a formal dispute with my bank, report this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and submit a complaint with my national financial authorities for unauthorized charging practices.
