However, it is disheartening to inform you that the bank informed me that the chargeback was unsuccessful, as your company allegedly did not confirm my cancellation and placed the burden of proof on me.I believe it is important for companies to uphold ethical practices and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Syllaby.io has been quite disappointing, as I have encountered difficulties in resolving this issue.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
