For me, I have been using Syllaby since the start or pretty close to it. There have been growing pains for sure in that time (as any startup), however I have found them to be great at customer service and have one of the best products out there right now. I have had some issues, but they get resolved and we all get notified. Had an issue with billing once. It was fixed asap. I know they have more customer service help as they are very fast to getting back. Some of the poor reviews below have some merit, however when you sign up for a trial, and cancel on the day it's to renew, you can't expect the automated system won't do it's job. The real part is after and getting the fund renewed it took out. All trials are setup the same way.Lastly, Syllaby's community online is one of the best around. It's very proactive and if something customer service related comes up (billing, technical, etc), they are one it (including the CEO letting customers service team know). I have been in business for over 26 years and I appreciate how Syllaby is growing into a much bigger entity while still wanting to keep things community based.
