I am a little confused about the negative reviews on this page. Syllaby is amazing. Technical: I am not tech-savvy and I was able to figure out the program pretty easy. I've tried others in the past and did not stick with them due to confusion. Support Team: The support team is top-notch. It's pretty rare to see the people at the top helping to support all the little guys - which is exactly what happens with this company. Useful Tips: They are constantly doing FREE trainings to help you improve even further. Group members help one another, and the higher up people in the company are constantly answering questions to help everyone.New Features: I joined approximately four months ago and since then, they have added many new features. I feel like every week, we are learning about a new feature that they added or something they improved.I highly recommend this program!
