I am very disappointed. I bought what was advertised as a thick winter cardigan as a Christmas gift, but received a low-quality synthetic product instead. I should have checked it before wrapping, but I didn’t realize this company was untrustworthy. The item took forever to arrive from overseas and I only got it on Christmas Eve. I strongly advise against buying from this company. I've emailed them regarding a refund and will see how that goes. I plan to contact trading standards, but I suspect that if they shut this website down, they will just reappear under a different name.
