SCAMMERS do not use this company. I ordered a suede jacket and got a flimsy shirt, that is the wrong size to what I ordered anyway. They told me they had sent the correct item to what i ordered although i sent them a photo of the item and the label saying polyester. they offered me a discount or return to China for £25. I refused and contacted my bank to investigate and after several messages, I got a full 100% refund. Please do not give in to these scammers, insist on a refund.
I gave this retailer 1 star since there was no option for zero stars. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. The item I ordered arrived from overseas and cost me £29.95. Returning it for a refund would have set me back £25. The product looked nothing like the image on their website; it was truly disappointing. I ended up accepting a 20% refund and donated the item. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before making my purchase. I attempted to return a jumper for a refund, but like many others, I was presented with three options, all of which would end up costing me more. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. It's surprising they're still operating.
The quality is terrible and it doesn't resemble what was shown during the purchase. The consumer is responsible for the high return shipping costs to another country, despite the significant differences in the item received. I would recommend steering clear of this.
Steer clear of buying anything!!! The clothing is unattractive and cheap-looking, completely different from the images. It appears as if they took designs and had an unprofessional tailor try to assemble them. Returning the items costs around £30, which is the responsibility of the customer.

I requested a refund since they promote a 30-day return policy, but was only offered store credit. Not wanting to risk another disappointing purchase, I insisted on a refund. Eventually, I was told I could get back only 10% of the item's cost, or a full refund if I returned it to a distant location for £25! I've learned my lesson – I will stick to reputable brands when shopping online.
This was the worst experience I've had with an online platform. I ordered two jumpers that were marketed as cashmere, but they turned out to be entirely polyester. I am very disappointed. I bought what was advertised as a thick winter cardigan as a Christmas gift, but received a low-quality synthetic product instead. I should have checked it before wrapping, but I didn’t realize this company was untrustworthy. The item took forever to arrive from overseas and I only got it on Christmas Eve. I strongly advise against buying from this company. I've emailed them regarding a refund and will see how that goes. I plan to contact trading standards, but I suspect that if they shut this website down, they will just reappear under a different name.
