This was the worst experience I've had with an online platform. I ordered two jumpers that were marketed as cashmere, but they turned out to be entirely polyester. The return process was made extremely difficult, costing me £25 in addition to handling fees. I eventually agreed to a 10% refund, which I am still waiting for. The product did not match the description at all. It seems they only focus on lighting to make the items look appealing… just another disappointed customer here. Moving forward, I will thoroughly check reviews or stick to familiar options. 😡
