I received an item of very poor quality, which looked nothing like the image and was not suitable for my needs. I requested a refund since they promote a 30-day return policy, but was only offered store credit. Not wanting to risk another disappointing purchase, I insisted on a refund. Eventually, I was told I could get back only 10% of the item's cost, or a full refund if I returned it to a distant location for £25! I've learned my lesson – I will stick to reputable brands when shopping online.
