I expected the necklace stack to contain pieces of varying lengths, similar to a previous purchase I made (which was fantastic). However, all the necklaces were the same length, so I decided to return them. The support team was exceptional, helping me through numerous emails as I opted for a different product instead of a cash refund due to the high return shipping costs from my location.
