I simply want to say thank you to the fine folks at Sylvian Grant. I received my gorgeous Minimal Pendant Necklace Duo (Silver) on February 9 (& thanks to their prompt fulfillment & shipping processes, as well as attention to detail for packaging) ... I put them on my neck the moment I opened my package, and haven't taken them off since. I'm not only thrilled with the quality & craftsmanship ... but with the absolute beauty of them. They may be classified as minimal, but this duo makes a loud statement, and quite the classy one! The set has already become part of "me" ... and I look forward to wearing them for ... well, forever! I'm so happy I found Sylvian Grant -- so now, whenever I need "my kind of jewelry" ... I'll know where to come.
Although I had an issue with my order and had to return it, the customer service was very efficient. The representative was courteous and explained the return process well. I was offered different options, some of which included a partial refund if I wanted to keep the order. In the end I chose to return the items for a refund and once the items were recieved in anunused contion, I was issued a full refund.

Exceptional company backed by the high quality pieces they offer and amazing customer service. I will definitely be buying more in the future. I also want to thank Helen for her outstanding customer support. I bought the minimal pendant duo Necklace, but unfortunately i lost the pendant itself. Obviously it was my fault and warranty doesn't cover it, but Helen had sent a replacement pendant to me free or charge. Im very grateful!

I needed to return two items (I had purchased a necklace stack and a bracelet stack). I expected the necklace stack to contain pieces of varying lengths, similar to a previous purchase I made (which was fantastic). However, all the necklaces were the same length, so I decided to return them. The support team was exceptional, helping me through numerous emails as I opted for a different product instead of a cash refund due to the high return shipping costs from my location. I'm now eagerly waiting for the new items. Thank you for your assistance!
I have never encountered a company with such outstanding customer service. I reached out because I forgot to apply my discount code, and the representative responded promptly. They refunded me the difference right away. I ordered two chains for my son, and he loved both of them! I had to contact the representative again, and once more, the service was absolutely remarkable! Thank you for showing such dedication to your customers. I will certainly recommend this service to my friends and family.
I had no issues with receiving the duo necklace I ordered, and it arrived quickly. However, the gold color I received is a cheap yellow shade, completely unlike the picture. Additionally, the chains are almost identical in length. It's quite disappointing, but I should have known better than to order from social media ads. I suspect this jewelry is sourced from overseas, and it feels cheap and flashy.
Unfortunately, the jewelry I received was made of cheap plastic. It is definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend making a purchase. I emailed two days ago regarding a return and have yet to receive any return information. It feels as though the company is making the return process intentionally difficult to retain customers' money. Low-quality jewelry paired with a flashy website. Avoid this scam and don't trust the overly positive reviews.
