Although I had an issue with my order and had to return it, the customer service was very efficient. The representative was courteous and explained the return process well. I was offered different options, some of which included a partial refund if I wanted to keep the order. In the end I chose to return the items for a refund and once the items were recieved in anunused contion, I was issued a full refund.
