Unfortunately our TV arrived with screen damage. Ian from customer service was quick to respond (didn't realize it went to my junk mail at first). After sending a few pictures of my damaged TV they sent one the same day to replace it. Very happy with the customer service and can't wait to use my new outdoor TV.
