My TV arrived damaged in late May. I didn’t notice until the TV was plugged in and all I saw was streaks. It took several phone calls and e-mails to resolve even though initially in early June I was assured a replacement TV would ship immediately. Long story short I finally received the replacement TV in early July almost a month after reporting damage. I am pleased with the final outcome although disappointed on their communication which was slow and contradictory at times. However, I am looking forward to using the TV and being able to write a favorable review on the quality of it.
