Purchased through Amazon. Paid for installing but the man did not want to install it and just left it unpacked. As a woman on her own, I had to find and pay a tradesman to install it outside. He could not get it working properly and we found out that Handset is not working. tried to get customer support but noone to speak with, just one email so far and they dont answer over the weekends. Amazon said I can send the whole TV back but I only have 5 day left to send it back and would have liked to get a new handset and dont have time for the manufacturer to send one. I now have to pay someone to take it off the wall and repack it to be picked up. What a nightmare.
