I installed a 65" Sylvox on my rooftop deck in Chicago in fall of 2023, and it has performed beautifully since then. I just recently had a remote control fail; once I contacted Sylvox customer service, they walked through some trouble shooting tips with me, and when those failed, immediately offered to send a replacement. I'm now building an outdoor kitchen/pavilion at another house and Spec'd in the very same Sylvox TV for that space. It's very well made and holding up beautifully against midwestern winters.
