I purchased this TV in Italy for a total of €8k plus. While the product itself is excellent in terms of picture quality, the soundbar has been a major disappointment — it simply doesn’t work as expected. The volume from the soundbar is actually lower than the TV’s built-in speakers, making it almost unusable.I contacted customer service and even sent a detailed video showing the issue, but received no real support. I requested a phone or video call with their technical team, but that never happened.More recently, I lost the remote control and requested a replacement — it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received any reply.Overall, the TV is impressive, but without a working soundbar, it's very hard to hear properly, especially since I live near a busy road. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely poor, which is unacceptable for such a high-end purchase. I'm VERY disappointed!
