I had the same experience that a lot of others apparently had where after just a couple months the TV stopped working. I had to unplug it, then it would just show a warm up screen and then never get past that. I sent an email, they requested a video, then sent me a new TV and arranged to have the old TV picked up. It was easy. Only thing I don't know is if this new one is going to stop working...I do appreciate the fix, they did make it easy on me.
