I would give this company a 0 if I could. I ordered the TV on December 5 & received on December 18. I only received the tv, no power cord, remote control, warranty card, etc. I contacted customer service via email & was told that the rest would ship out on the December 19. It was shipped on December 23. & I’ll receive January 6. I also had tried several times to call the support number & got a recording that the phone lines were not working. Finally after 3 days & the 4th call I spoke to someone. I was told that he could not help me it had to be escalated to another department & would be marked high priority. I’m still wait for that call, glad I emailed & got a response. They had no problem taking my money which was over $1000. Apparently this is no big deal to them, it is to me and it was a Christmas present. I pray that when I receive the power cord & remote control that all works properly. I can’t imagine jumping through hoops again to get what I thought I paid for.
