While installing and getting the picture to come up we noticed a black line that would not disappear after our channel selection. After contacting your support I dealt with Sunny, who is beyond helpful. Her response and emails were immediate and within a couple of days I have a downloaded return shipment label, and a replacement on its way with a shipping reference number.I can’t tell you the relief I had because Sunny took very good care of me. You should be honored to have her as an employee. I felt all of my questions were answered, and she was very pleasant, which is hard to find, especially when you’ve just spent money on a product that you’re excited to receive and there are issues, but she made me feel like it was very important to get this taken care of in a timely manner And a pleasant one.
