I purchased a 65" outdoor tv, mount, soundbar and installation service several months ago. Due to numerous factors, I was not able to schedule installation until November. I then discovered the tv had an internal screen fault. My service contact, Sally, who had been amazing throughout the delay, worked with me to get a replacement tv sent out. Once the new tv arrived, Sally quickly scheduled the installation, and it was professionally installed on time.The tv, soundbar, and mount were all of high quality. The picture on the TV (outdoor Florida) is awesome and the sound is clear. Just a fantastic package of quality products.The best part, however, of the whole deal was the outstanding customer service provided to me by Sally. She always responded quickly to my emails and worked with me beyond the call of duty.
