I purchased a refurbished chair that arrived on time. While the chair was generally fine, the seat pad was uneven due to the re-covering process. I contacted the company but received no response initially. After a week, they offered to send a replacement seat pad, which I agreed to install myself. However, the situation deteriorated when the owner implied I would steal the old pad and insisted I return it at my own expense before sending the replacement. This left me without a usable chair. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement, which, although still imperfect, was better than the first. I requested them to arrange the collection of the faulty pad, but they have yet to do so two weeks later.
