The seat was well-packaged and sent out quickly. When the courier failed to deliver the overnight shipment after three days, the support team intervened to assist. The courier's problems were not their responsibility. It was easy to install, and now I can sit comfortably again, thanks to the new lumbar support.

I bought an Amia chair. The quality is excellent, and the seller responds to queries quickly. The delivery service took the full 10 working days to collect and deliver the chair, but as long as you're prepared for that, it becomes less of an issue. I recommend this seller and would buy again.

I purchased a refurbished chair that arrived on time. While the chair was generally fine, the seat pad was uneven due to the re-covering process. I contacted the company but received no response initially. After a week, they offered to send a replacement seat pad, which I agreed to install myself. However, the situation deteriorated when the owner implied I would steal the old pad and insisted I return it at my own expense before sending the replacement. This left me without a usable chair. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement, which, although still imperfect, was better than the first. I requested them to arrange the collection of the faulty pad, but they have yet to do so two weeks later.
