As an independent artist, I entrusted Symphonic Distribution with the distribution of my music catalog, comprising approximately a thousand tracks. Unfortunately, several aspects of their service did not meet my expectations:Financial Transparency: I observed adjustments in my earnings that I did not understand, including negative streams without detailed explanation.Communication: Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and their platform, I did not receive satisfactory responses to my inquiries.Due to these issues, I made the decision to withdraw my entire catalog from Symphonic Distribution and seek another distribution service more suited to my needs.Reply to Symphonic:Thank you for your response — unfortunately, it’s just as vague as the “adjustments” you're referring to.Yes, I’ve seen the Adjustments tab. No, it doesn’t actually provide any meaningful detail: amounts appear (often negative), with no clear explanation, no reference date, and no indication of which platform they relate to.And when I reached out for clarification, I either received no answer or a generic reply like the one you’ve just posted here.Complexity is not an excuse for a lack of transparency. A basic level of clarity is not a luxury — it’s the minimum one should expect when trusting a company with their music revenue.That’s why I decided to remove my entire catalog and work with a distributor that values transparency and reliability.
