I can not access my savings and cd accts online. I've tried to access them on my different devices and get the same message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again later." This has been going on for 4 days. I was on the phone for over an hour with 3 different agents trying to resolve the issue. I spoke to one agent for 42 mins while she tried to access my acct. I was very upset shen she told me 8 different times to please hold on while I take 1 to 2 mins to access your acct. I asked to speak to a manager and was never connected to one as I was holding for over an hour. I finally hung up. I have not yet been contacted by a manager.
