That was really stressful experience with Synlab. The first thing, no one by phone or at local laboratory (where I took test) speak English. Interesting, because this is an international company. After test the worker informed me that "resultado" "Maniana" so I assumed that result will be tomorrow. I took test Thursday to be sure that on Saturday is ready. But even on Saturday the result was unavailable, which caused need to rebook flight a day later and take next test at airport !! It cost me 200 euro to rebook tickets, 150 euro 1 night hotel costs, 60 euro new tests. And not received PCR test 198 EUR (me and wife). Never again, please avoid Synlab with pcr test.
