Totally awful. Bought DS218 with the higher spec pro drives. These people apparently specialise in backing you data. After about 15 months the drive failed. Despite my IT techies best effort we could get it going. Operating system refused to load. Therefore no way to communicate with anyone. The OS is propriety so you can’t even access it. Support gotta be some of the worst ever. They are extremely slow. My little company was on its knees but they won’t even speak with my IT guy, they just send another meaningless message 6 hours later. Defiantly couldn’t care less. This system is not robust enough to trust your data with. Returned fir refund. Do yourself a big favour avoid this lot of muppets.
