When my sister recently sought a home NAS recommendation, I found myself unable to suggest this brand with a clear conscience. We're opting for another option instead.
This isn't just about one lost sale - it's about eroding the trust of the community that helped build your reputation through recommendations. The individuals who set up NAS units for their less tech-savvy relatives. Those who used to endorse you without any hesitation.
