I purchased several sound packs from Synthcloud a few months ago I was already very happy with their quality and usability for my band gigs. Then yesterday I needed some help from their Customer Support and in a matter of minutes my issue was solved. They're really fantastic.
Great experience with Synthcloud resolving an issue with files that were not downloading properly. I sent an email with a screenshot of the error and within a day got a prompt response and a solution to the problem. Very easy and no-nonsense. I bought a pack for my kurzweil pc4 and when I bought it there was a small bug on the website. They sorted it out straight away, solved the problem and treated me very well. It was the first time I bought from synthcloud and it will certainly be the first of many.
Great site, complete with tons of sounds for every type of keyboard, not to mention the assistance, real, human and immediately resolutive, just ask and in a very short time you have the solution ready. I really recommend it to those who, like me, are looking for particular sounds!
I was having trouble with the download/unzip/load process. They created a special file for me so I could just load the patches I wanted and not the entire bundle!!! They responded to my questions immediately and sent me the custom file in one day. The customer service and support team at this company is five star plus. Not to mention the sound patches are super. Great company, great sounds!
