i’ve never in my entire life dealt with a company with such great customer service caring for their customer every bit of the way. I will highly recommend Synthcloud to every musician I know. My Roland BK – 7M broke and I needed a part for it. I was able to buy a new unit through Synthcloud at an exceptionally good price. The unit came on time and in perfect condition. they also took the time to see if they could locate the part I needed for my other unit as Roland does not support their products. They offered to try to find it and send that as a gift. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this company. Roland, which has no customer service at all and should be ashamed of themselves could learn a whole lot from this wonderful company synthcloud. Recommend this to all your fellow musicians. I do about 75 shows a month playing in restaurants hotels in New York and senior buildings during the day and I will mention this company to anybody who needs music services. Unique catalog for niche genres, great variety you wont find anywhere else and ultimately great customer support and service. Ive been getting products from them for years now. I dont have anything to complain, will continue to get products from them.

So it just happened I was browsing around internet to see if I could find any patches for sweet child o mine and I landed on this site advertising a whole slash package enclosing several patches of some of his most famous songs. I listened to the preview and I thought “yeah right these are the originals! No way this is a patch for FX!…” I figured for 30$ it was worth the try so I downloaded the package and installed it. It literally blew me away! To my ears the sounds are exactly like the originals! I can’t stop playing them! Really worth every penny! I routed the sound on two outputs: one through audio monitors and one on a speaker. And having the two outputs across the room really fills it up!
