I order my machine April 27th, 2025. I received a message: delivery attempted failed. Called them and they confirm correct info on file was correct. This has happened 3 times, and each time it takes another 4 days to process the re-delivery. They asked me to give them my latitude and longitude via google maps, not by the actual address you give them. WHAT?? I entered my shipping address when purchased. Horrible company!! I's give a zero star if possible
